We use reputable shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs.

3. Returns and Refunds - We do not accept returns for defective products, quality check should be performed before shipment. We will provide a partial refund for the defective product. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged by the customer. Any defects should be notified within 15 days after receiving the goods.
